The making of a mom

Today at church Hannah was extremely naughty during the first meeting. Absolutely horrible, she kept trying to hit me, pull hair, scream, etc. because I would not let her have some gum from my purse. When the grace of God feel upon me and the meeting finally ended, I took her to nursery. At the end of church, I went to pick up Hannah from nursery, and the nursery advisor told me that Hannah said I was naughty today and needed to go to timeout. I don't know that I've ever laughed so hard at church before. She was the pill, not me, and yet she was telling all her 3 year old friends that "Mommy was naughty." So lovely, I can't wait to hear what will be coming out of her mouth next. I think these moments are what make Mother's Day so special, just a little thanks for dealing with these moments all year long :)
(When I asked Hannah about it, all she could do is laugh because she knew what she had done! This is a picture of her right after I asked her about me being naughty.)

Weekend at Timberlakes

We spent the last weekend in the mountains at a cabin in Timberlakes (up above Heber City). It was gorgeous, but we did not anticipate snow, and we did not anticipate that the propane tank would be empty, meaning no heater! We managed to have fun and Kolby kept our fire going all 3 days. We spent some of Saturday in Park City shopping, and the only thing Hannah wanted was a pair of funky sun glasses, she's so stylin'! Other than that we took it easy, blew bubbles, played games, just hung out the 3 of us!

Easter

Easter weekend was a busy one to say the least. I took Hannah to the church Easter egg hunt Saturday morning, the Easter bunny came Sunday morning before church and after church we met the Fishers in the mountains for a bon-fire! Hannah loved it all, and I think she even liked it better than Christmas, so many prizes in so many eggs!

Easter Time!

My-how time flies, I haven't posted in weeks. Our family has cycled through ear infections, pink eye, strep throat and sinus infections, and I think we've finally made it through it all and Spring is finally here! Tonight we went and played with the bunnies at the pet store (Hannah was very scared) and then we came home to die Easter eggs for the first time ever in our little family. Hannah was very excited about her Sesame Street kit, but as the pictures show, she ended in a pouty mood.
