Dinosaur Museum

We took Hannah to the Thanksgiving Point Museum of Ancient Life. We first went to a 3-D show of "Monsters Under the Sea." It was so funny to see Hannah trying to grab things. At first she was scared of the dinosaur/fish things, and they were kind of scary, but she eventually caught on that they weren't real. Afterward we walked through the museum where Hannah loved seeing the dinosaurs including fish, birds and the typical T-Rex. There were a few hands on exhibits where she got to play with toy dinosaurs in some sand and water, another time she got to put together a giant stuffed dinosaur and in the last exhibit she got to "dig for dinosaur bones" in some sand. She loved it! In all it was a really fun museum and I wish we had more time to really play and go through everything.

*Side note: Of course Kolby found the camera after I gave up all hope. HOWEVER, I plugged the battery in to be charged and took the camera to the museum with us, only to discover I left the battery charging at home. I am so absentminded these days, I swear pregnancy kills brain cells! So again, these pictures only have the camera phone quality, but better than nothing...

I love your scrapbook page! How cute! Max thinks the dino museum is so great, but I can't get him to keep his 3D glasses on for the movies! :-)

We were just talking yesterday about taking Will there. I have only been once it was seriously over 5 years ago. Even though you used your camera, the pictures still look really cute.

It's called placental shunting- we use that term all the time at work when you forget everything during pregnancy... although I have it even when i'm not pregnant
